The company making the statement "Société nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois" known as CFL is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the law of 28 May 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

What is digital accessibility?
Everyone should be able to easily use and consult the information on a website or an app, in particular people with disabilities and/or using assistive software or specialised equipment (blind, partially sighted or otherwise disabled people).
Accessibility features
Since 2025, CFL has been working on a gradual transformation of its digital products (websites and mobile applications) and is committed to a five-year period to achieve optimal AA compliance by integrating best practices in digital accessibility from the design stage.
On an annual basis, we will present here the developments of the site and the progress of its level of compliance.
Features available on this site (gradual rollout):
- Quick access links have been added for more direct page navigation,
- Keyboard usability has been improved, including in the main navigation,
- Color contrasts comply with current accessibility standards,
- Changes are underway to make the site usable by screen readers.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Accessibility Assessment Framework (RAWeb 1.1) that implements it.
The elements presented below are currently being improved.
Non-Accessible Content
Efforts are being made to achieve a high level of accessibility; however, some elements of the application do not yet fully meet the requirements of the European standard EN 301 549 and RAAM 1.1:
Non-Conformities
- The page structure is currently being revised and does not yet allow optimal navigation by headings or through lists,
- Some pages are not fully keyboard-accessible,
- Certain "live" interactions and context changes are not yet supported by screen readers,
- Forms are undergoing a complete redesign to soon be used optimally.

We undertake to respond to you by email within the time limits set out in our public rail and road transport service contracts (i.e., within six working days).
In order to remedy the problem in a sustainable and reasonable manner, online correction of the accessibility issue will be preferred.
If this cannot be done, the requested information will be sent to you in an accessible format according to your wishes:
- in writing in a document or email;
- Verbally during an interview or by telephone on 2489 2489.
Enforcement procedure
Should the reply be unsatisfactory, you also have the possibility of informing the Information and Press Service, the body responsible for supervising accessibility, via its online complaint form, or the Ombudsman, the mediator of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the French version, the French version shall prevail.
