Funicular

The funicular is a key element of the Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg intermodal exchange hub, bringing together the Luxembourg rail network, tram, buses as well as active mobility.
The exchange hub is located near the Red Bridge, the new funicular allows travelers to move easily between the Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg railway stop at the bottom of the Red Bridge and the exchange hub platform located on the Kirchberg-Plateau.
From here guests can continue their journey to the districts of Kirchberg, Limpertsberg or the upper part of Luxembourg City.
